Online purchases of items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of purchase;  however a return purchase number (RPN) must be obtained from House of Dell.  Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be updated.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
