All shipping occurs Monday-Friday.


Rates can be higher based on weight.  In these cases, House of Dell will contact you.


​The customer must provide a verifiable address.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Orders received before 2:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day of the order.  Please expect a 24-hour  processing period on all orders placed after 2:00pm EST.


Free Shipping applies to all orders over $50.00 before tax for a limited time only.

Item Availability


All items shown online are in stock and available for immediate shipment.  In the event that a chosen item is on back order, House of Dell will notify the customer. 


Also, please check our website for the availability of these items as House of Dell frequently restocks certain items.

Returns & Exchange Policy



100% Customer satisfaction is our goal at House of Dell.  By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions including our return and exchange policy set by House of Dell's website.

Online purchases of handbags and other items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of purchase;  however a return purchase number (RPN) must be obtained from House of Dell.  Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be updated.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
**ALL SALES ITEMS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. **

The prices that are listed at are exclusive prices for our customers that place purchases online. 

All costume jewelry items are final sale.


In the event that you have received a damaged item, House of Dell will be happy to replace the item, if in stock, at no charge to you.  If the damaged item is out of stock, then your money will be refunded.  A return purchase number (RPN) must be obtained from the House of Dell before making the return.
